About the Role:

Archers Contact Solutions is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer/Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role combines design expertise with administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys both visual creativity and organizational work.

You will create digital assets for clients while also assisting with general VA tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and online management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing materials
• Create graphics, infographics, and short video assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Assist with social media scheduling, posting, and engagement
• Handle general administrative and virtual assistant tasks (emails, reports, data management, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketing and client teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain organized digital files and content archives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a VA or BPO setting is an advantage
