We are looking for a person who is passionate about collectively overcoming the complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem, while learning fast and having fun, to join us as a Social Media Manager.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day handling of the Company’s social media account and or any other that may be assigned
  • Develop, edit and publish engaging and creative social media contents daily
  • Coordinate with Graphics Team for the creation of visual contents
  • Research consistently on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
  • Communicate with followers by responding to comments or queries
  • Collaborate and align with other key departments for product and campaign promotions
  • Generates reports, analyze consumer behaviors (social media performance, web traffic, rankings, conversion rate, ad performance, etc), and provide recommendations on next steps
  • Assists the Marketing Department with its daily tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
  • Relevant work experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, business development, strategic partnerships, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven and results-oriented
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Facebook Ads is a big plus
  • Also open to fresh graduates with great energy and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in social media marketing
  • Hands-on experience in content management
