1.Plan Social Media Strategy 

Develop and implement social media plans that align with brand goals and target audience. 

Optimize SEO best practices (keywords, hashtags, captions, and descriptions) to increase visibility 

2. Create and Schedule Content 

Produce engaging posts, captions, images, and videos; manage content calendars and posting schedules. 

3. Manage Online and Platform Presence 

Oversee daily updates across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.  

Respond to comments and messages, engage with followers, and build positive online relationships  

Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. 

4. Data and Analytics 

  • Track key metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth 
  • Prepare performance reports with insights. 

5. Manage Paid Ads and Campaign 

  • Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, product launches, or seasonal promotions. 
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google platforms to achieve marketing objectives. 

6.Affiliate Marketing Management 

  • Coordinate with influencers or content creators to promote the brand and manage deliverables. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Diploma or degree in Media, Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent. 
  • Atleast 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar freelance/agency role. 
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and current digital trends. 
  • Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Suite, YouTube Ads) 
  • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills. 
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) are an advantage. 
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • Hands-on experience managing social media campaigns and using social media management tools. 
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
