- Perform research on current benchmark trends, industry experts, competitors, and target audience
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) daily across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights
- Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
- Proven work experience within social media in the blockchain industry
- Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
- Strong interests in future trends in digital technologies and ability to act proactively
- Excellent communication, project management and time-management skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) would be a bonus
- Multi-language skills would be a bonus
