社交媒體及社群運營主管：
1. 負責公司在 Twitter、Telegram、Line、Instagram 等社交媒體平台的運營策略制定與落地，提升品牌聲量及用戶活躍度。
2. 建立並管理全球及區域社群（例如中文、英文、東南亞市場），透過多元互動及活動促進用戶黏性與轉化。
3. 策劃線上活動（AMA、空投、挑戰賽、UGC 活動等），推動社群裂變增長與留存。
4. 與 KOL、社群管理者及行業媒體保持良好關係，促進合作與曝光。
5. 持續追蹤並分析社群及社交媒體數據，定期輸出分析報告，優化運營策略。
6. 協調產品、設計、BD 等團隊資源，確保社群及社交媒體活動順利執行。具備優異英語能力者加分，須具備交易所社交媒體及社群運營豐富經驗，具備帶領約 10 人團隊經驗，善於溝通，抗壓性強。此為領導職位，薪資面議。
