• Editing and planning hours are flexible and can be managed independently.

• Reels must be posted live during peak hours for engagement (Winnipeg CST).
• Feed posts and stories can be scheduled in advance through Meta Business Suite.
• Must have regular overlap with CST (Winnipeg time) for team coordination and performance check-ins.

The Role

• We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and growth-driven Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy and execution.
• Your main mission? Grow our social media presence and engagement through high-quality, well-planned, and on-brand content.
• You’ll collaborate with our marketing manager and design team to strategize, plan, and post content that converts followers into fans (and fans into leads).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Edit and refine posts, reels, and stories for clarity, tone, and engagement.
• Post reels live (timing flexibility can be discussed).
• Schedule stories and feed posts through Meta Business Suite.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaigns.
• Research trends and apply them strategically for growth.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar and voice.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of growing social media pages (please provide links or screenshots).
• Strong skills in content strategy, copywriting, and editing.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.
