• Design and implement ITOM solutions following industry best practices.
• Develop and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external CMDB or enterprise tools.
• Architect and implement the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring proper data modeling and relationships.
• Perform hands-on development of Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration modules.
• Manage and maintain MID Servers and related integration components.
• Lead ServiceNow configuration and customization to support scalable and optimized ITOM solutions.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and 8+ years in the IT industry.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, infrastructure, and application architecture.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and integration technologies (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
