The Solutions Specialist plays a key role in pre-sales engagements, advanced technical support, and consulting services. This role involves leading software implementations, delivering expert training, and driving out-of-the-box customizations to meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-sales discussions, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Provide second-level technical support, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Conduct in-depth training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Manage and execute software implementation projects.
• Develop and apply customizations to software to optimize client workflows.
• Provide consulting services, advising clients on best practices and software integration strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and assist in knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering
• With Construction Cost Management and Quantity Surveying Experience
• 2+ years of experience in technical support, training, or software solutions for AEC/Manufacturing.
• Expertise in engineering software, customization, and implementation.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently
