Description

  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person in English.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and resources.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Spanish language certification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Available to start ASAP
