You are a talented designer with a keen eye for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs across various platforms. You specialize in creating eye-catching and engaging layouts for brochures, print designs, and other marketing materials. Your expertise lies in adhering to brand guidelines and high standards, ensuring that every design is meticulously reviewed for errors before being shared with the team.

You are proactive in suggesting creative content and designs, based on a solid understanding of client objectives. Your ability to deliver design adaptations and assets that meet technical specifications is crucial. You stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying these insights to enhance your designs across all clients.

What You'll Do

• Create Stunning Designs: Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for brochures, print materials, and other marketing content. Proficiency in producing polished and compelling layouts is essential.
• Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure that all designs align with clients’ brand guidelines and maintain high brand standards.
• Review and Refine: Carefully review designs for errors and make necessary adjustments before sharing with the team.
• Proactive Design Suggestions: Suggest creative content and designs based on a thorough understanding of client objectives and needs.
• Timely Delivery: Ensure all work is developed and delivered on time, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Technical Specifications: Deliver design adaptations and assets that meet all technical specifications.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance designs.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: With at least 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling layouts and print designs.
• Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Collaborative Attitude: A collaborative and helpful attitude, in line with our team’s culture and agency values.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Deadline-Oriented: Ability to meet deadlines consistently and follow internal processes.
• Team Player: Eagerness to work with a team of creative professionals and clear communication skills in both verbal and written English.
