- Primarily responsible for the execution of delivering excellent Hospitality to all guests, patrons, and customers.
- Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating employees.
- Performance Management: Motivating staff to achieve sales goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Team Building: Creating a positive and supportive work environment.
- Communication: Clearly communicating expectations, policies, and procedures to the team.
- 25 to 35 years old
- Candidate must possess any Bachelor's/College Degree.
- With good communication and strong customer service skills.
- Willing to work on extended hours and/or shifting assignments.
