KOL Specialist

Salary：60,000 - 120,000 PHP

Work from home, be required to reside in Manila.

Responsibilities:

1.Assist in negotiating, managing communication, and tracking influencer contracts, payments, and deliverables. Work closely with influencers during the content creation process by providing essential brand guidelines, product information, and creative suggestions to ensure the final content meets brand expectations.

2.Monitor the progress of content creation and maintain regular communication with influencers to address any issues or concerns they may encounter.

3.Execute influencer marketing campaigns and support content creation by gathering ideas, drafting copy, and coordinating and reviewing content submissions from influencers.

4.Track and report on influencer performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversion rate), analyze data to derive insights on campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement, follow influencer marketing trends, conduct competitor research, and assist in developing new strategies to engage influencers.

5.Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Marketing and Creative teams) to help identify and research potential influencers (macro and micro) who align with the brand and target audience.

Requirements:

1.Passionate about social media with a strong understanding of platform algorithms (e.g., YouTube, X, TikTok) and heavy user behavior.

2.Keen interest in influencer marketing and content creation, with a solid grasp of how influencers enhance brand awareness.

3.Candidates with content creation experience, such as producing short-form videos or writing social media posts.

4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with KOLs/KOCs and internal teams.

5.Strong English writing skills, able to draft emails, reports, and social media content.
