Description
- Act as the store head in the absence of the store manager.
- Ensure that the store is ready for customers.
- Execute management's directives and instructions and ensure proper and timely compliance.
- Check the accomplishment of all delegated tasks and assignments to store officers and resolve pending transactions.
- Check everyday emails.
- Walk Every Aisle Daily.
- Closely monitor sales and drive selling workforce to achieve the daily sales target.
- Perform counter functions if needed.
- Perform specific treasury function that maybe assigned from time to time.
- Checking and monitoring of utility consumption.
Requirements
- With at least 2 years supervisory experience in Retail Operations
- Sales-Oriented
