Job Description
- Administrar e manter ambientes de Windows Server, Hyper-V e Active Directory locais.
- Gerenciar infraestrutura baseada em nuvem com proficiência em Microsoft Entra, Azure e Microsoft 365.
- Aproveitar scripts PowerShell para otimizar processos e melhorar a funcionalidade do sistema.
- Configurar e gerenciar Microsoft Exchange via PowerShell.
- Manter a gestão de endpoints utilizando ferramentas como Microsoft Intune.
- Garantir um desempenho robusto da rede, incluindo a gestão de TCP/IP, VLANs e firewalls.
- Fornecer suporte de alta qualidade aos usuários, comunicando-se efetivamente com diferentes níveis de conhecimento em TI.
- Liderar e executar projetos de TI, desde o planejamento até a implementação.
- Identificar e resolver proativamente problemas do sistema, realizando análises de causa raiz para minimizar ocorrências futuras.
