Description

  • Lead the planning, designing, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems and infrastructure components.
  • Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including training, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee the administration and support of Odoo system and other applications.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to safeguard data and systems of the company.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's IT strategy and technology roadmap. Align technology initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Participate in IT budgeting and resource allocation. Optimize costs while ensuring effective IT operations and technological advancement.
  • Provide training and technical support to employees on systems and technology.
  • Generate reports on IT performance, system uptime, security incidents, and project status.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to implement, upgrade, and maintain the Odoo system as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in IT management, systems administration, or related roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, and technology trends. Strong background in Odoo system is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management expertise to lead technology initiatives and projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
