- Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Willing to be trained and work onsite
- Open to mid and night shift schedules
- A pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills are a big plus
