We are looking for an experienced Reports Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team through data-driven insights and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel expertise, and experience using ATS, HRIS, or other recruitment tools. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports that drive strategic recruitment decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain recruitment and performance reports.
  • Analyze talent acquisition data to support business decisions.
  • Work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to identify reporting needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy across ATS, HRIS, or other recruitment platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any 4-year course).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Reports Analyst.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, VBA, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Experience using ATS, HRIS, or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
