Schedule: Night Shift

Start Date: February 1

Contract: 5 months with strong possibility of absorption

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in administrative support and onboarding, especially with exposure to US processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding experiences, managing documentation, and supporting our clients’ employees with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Request, verify, and archive forms and documentation for US-based employees.
• Provide administrative support across onboarding and HR functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve queries and streamline processes.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or onboarding (US onboarding experience is a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule.
