Perekrut Lepas (Berdasarkan Komisi) – Tim Perencanaan Asuransi
Jenis Pekerjaan: Jarak Jauh, Berdasarkan Proyek (Lepas)
Kompenasi: ₱2.000 per kandidat yang berhasil (dibayar dalam pencapaian)
- ₱500 ketika kandidat mendaftar/membayar untuk ujian lisensi.
- ₱500 ketika kandidat mengikuti ujian.
- ₱1.000 ketika kandidat lulus ujian.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Mencari dan menyaring kandidat melalui LinkedIn, papan pekerjaan, dan rujukan.
Melakukan wawancara awal (telepon/video) untuk menilai:
- Komitmen terhadap proses lisensi 5–6 minggu.
- Kemampuan penjualan/layanan pelanggan.
- Memberikan panduan kepada kandidat melalui pendaftaran ujian dan penjadwalan.
- Mengirim laporan mingguan tentang kemajuan kandidat (dilacak melalui spreadsheet bersama).
