Job Description
- Manage end-to-end human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative HR processes such as data entry, document filing, preparation of employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Assist in preparing the monthly payroll.
- Conduct employee onboarding training and effectively communicate HR policies and matters to employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of HR reports and data.
- Support and participate in HR-related projects and provide additional HR assistance as needed.
