- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to maintain candidate pipelines.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Job Title: Talent Acquisition
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Skills and Competencies: Strong employee relations, talent management, and social recruitment skills, alongside excellent communication skills are essential
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, develop talent pipelines, and foster positive employee relations
- Working Conditions: Office setting; may require flexibility in hours
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individuals preferred
