We're Hiring: Tax Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Tax Manager with expertise in PAGCOR-related taxation to join our team. This role will focus on managing and ensuring full compliance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements, including specialized tax reporting, filing, and strategic planning for gaming operations. You will be responsible for optimizing tax strategies, minimizing tax risks, and serving as the primary liaison between the company and PAGCOR authorities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of PAGCOR rules, gaming taxes, and strong experience in regulatory compliance.

• Oversee and manage compliance with all Philippine tax laws and regulations, including but not limited to income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and local business taxes.
• Provide professional advice on tax optimization strategies, especially in relation to PAGCOR tax requirements.
• Monitor changes in local tax legislation and assess their impact on the business Liaise with external tax advisors and local government agencies as needed.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax returns and related documentation .
• Support internal finance and audit teams in tax-related matters Handle any tax audits or government queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Philippine taxation Strong knowledge of PAGCOR tax rules, BIR regulations, and local tax structures.
• Familiar with tax planning and optimization strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or cross-border team.
• Philippine nationality preferred.

• Experience working with international companies or in gaming/entertainment sectors.
