Job Description
Description
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax reporting, withholding, and remittance obligations.
- Review, prepare, and file payroll tax forms, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage multi-state payroll tax processes, including tax filings, remittances, and system updates.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience with US Payroll Tax, including multi-state tax expertise.
- Strong background in state income tax, state unemployment tax, and federal tax regulations (941, W-4).
- Experience in quarterly tax filing, W-2 preparation, and W-2C processing.
