Description

  • Prepare and serve a variety of teas and tea-based beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized tea bar area.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, customer service excellence, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of teas, manage customer orders, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced tea bar setting with flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about tea and customer satisfaction.
