Job Description

Description

The Team Head is primarily responsible for conducting risk analysis of qualified income producing real estate projects as well as industry research and analysis pertaining to the real estate segments.

Responsibilities

Conduct bi-annual industry research to identify real estate opportunities and risks.
Update market reports and organize briefings for banking units.
Analyze credit data and create risk exposure reports.
Develop tools to forecast property sector exposure and monitor corporate real estate loans.
Review large credit proposals, validate assumptions, and make recommendations.
Coordinate with market practitioners and maintain an industry database.
Guide and support direct reports for their development and career progress ion.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and other related fields
Minimum of 2 years experience in Corporate Credit Analysis, Real Estate / Property Research, or Relationship Management
With knowledge in MS Word, Powerporint and Excel
