Description
- Recruit, nurture, develop and motivate the team to achieve performance goals.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in recruitment &/ sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruitment skills, excellent communication, and team leadership abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with field work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, approachable, and results-oriented leader.
