We are a psychological branding and marketing company looking for a Tech VA who understands the psychology behind branding and marketing. This role involves handling design, editing, and other tech-related tasks to support our B2B, B2C, and D2C operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proficient in Adobe Full Suite, and capable of assisting in administrative tasks when needed. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

1. Design & Editing Tasks

- Create and edit visual content using Adobe Full Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

- Support branding and marketing projects through design and multimedia creation.

- Assist in design work using Figma, 3D modeling and animation using Blender, or AI-driven content creation using RunwayML and ComfyUI.

2. Tech Support & Process Optimization

- Assist in setting up and maintaining tech-related processes for marketing and branding tasks.

- Identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.

3. Administrative & Team Support

- Support the CEO with tech-related administrative tasks.

- Assist the team with design and branding needs as required.

• Proficiency in Adobe Full Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience in design, editing, and tech-related tasks.
• Knowledge of psychological branding and marketing strategies.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience using Figma, Blender, RunwayML, or ComfyUI.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of B2B, B2C, and D2C business models.
