Job Description

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Technical Support Representative (TSR) to assist customers with technical issues related to our products and services. The TSR will troubleshoot problems, provide timely solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • At least college level or a college graduate.
  • At least 1 year BPO experience (Tech/ TSR)
  • Or At least 2 years BPO experience with 3 months experience in Tech
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Willing to start immediately
