- System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
- Security Management: Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures like firewalls, antivirus, and access controls.
- Network Management: Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, VPNs, and ensure reliable internet access.
- Software Deployment: Install and update applications, manage licenses, and ensure compatibility.
- Data Backup & Recovery: Set up backup systems and restore data in case of loss or corruption.
- Documentation: Create manuals, procedures, and logs for system configurations and incidents
