- Provide on-site technical support for customers using products and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Train customers on product use and application.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Information Technology.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
