Key Responsibility:

  • Double checking the progress of assigned engineer's troubleshooting on certain desktop/laptop's technical issues
  • Coordinating with the suppliers regarding requesting, receiving, and updating of latest repair status of ordered replacement parts
  • Monitors and schedules for return of faulty parts to

supplier

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Information Technology or any related course
  • Fresh graduates with customer service/call center experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer Literate
  • Knowledgeable on basic troubleshooting, parts
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent problem solving and organization skills
  • Self-motivated and flexible to work with negligible supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure
