- Maintain & hands-on repair/service any brand of copier machines / printers.
- Conduct quality inspection upon stock arrival.
- Conduct product testing with samples provided on copier machines / printers.
- Provide technical advice and report on quality of samples / products.
- Resolve customer complaint for faulty product at customer’s premises when required.
- File and maintain samples sent for testing or faulty items etc.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum 'O'/ 'N' Level & Above.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in repairing copier machines.
- Prior experience with servicing Ricoh, Canon, Toshiba, Konica Minolta, Xerox, Kyocera copier/printers will be an advantage.
- Familiar with copier/printer software applications, install and testing network connectivity on site.
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
- Working location: Pioneer.
