- Manage telecommunication projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
- Prepare reports and present project updates to management.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, exceptional customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and technical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage telecommunication projects, assist clients, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires flexibility and multitasking.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
