Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve strategies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or Vocational
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates/Students are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cold calling and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct phone calls to potential customers, explain products, and gather feedback.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, resilient, and possess a positive attitude.
