We’re a fast-growing frozen food company expanding nationally. We need a hungry sales closer to handle warm leads (takeaway shops already sampled) and drive repeat orders. No sourcing — just closing.

What You’ll Do:

• Call, text, and follow up with warm leads daily
• Close orders and track progress in our CRM
• Hit and exceed weekly conversion targets (10%+ realistic with our system)
• Work PH daytime hours (AU market)

What You’ll Get:

• Base Pay: $400 AUD/week (~₱15k) guaranteed
• Commissions: $20 AUD (~₱700) per closed order
• Top performers: $800–$1,200+/week possible (10–15% closers hit this)
• Visa pathway to Australia for elite performers
• Weekly pay via Wise + 13th month + internet allowance

Who You Are:

• 2+ years in outbound sales/closing (telesales, cold calling, B2B/B2C)
• Strong voice, confident objection handling
• Hungry mindset — you push for more, not just “enough”
• Comfortable working independently and accountable to results
