测试开发（服务端方向）
岗位职责：
- 搭建并完善公司的测试体系与流程，制定测试规范和质量标准；
- 负责公司产品（App、H5、小程序、服务端等）的测试，重点为服务端测试；
- 编写测试计划、测试用例与测试文档，确保覆盖全面、逻辑清晰；
- 与技术团队合作，保障代码性能、健壮性与安全性，推动开发流程优化；
- 执行接口自动化测试，有性能测试经验者优先；
- 参与测试工具与测试平台的开发与维护，提升整体测试效率。
任职要求 ：
- 本科及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先；
- 有服务端测试或性能测试经验者优先；
- 熟悉软件生命周期与互联网产品的开发、测试流程；
- 掌握常见测试用例设计方法与缺陷管理工具；
- 具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力，主动解决问题。
