- Role involves conducting tours, participating in sports and recreational activities, and assisting in the development of innovative games and revenue-generating programs for Sports and Recreation / Aquatic Sports / Sports Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in a customer-facing role in sports recreation or hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple sports or recreational activities: coaching certifications are a plus
- Ability to develop engaging activities and programs that align with resort's standards
- Energetic, outgoing, and proactive attitude
