Job Description
- 负责市场分析与研究，为交易决策提供数据支持。
- 执行买卖指令，管理风险，确保交易利润最大化。
- 监控市场动态，及时调整交易策略。
- 与团队协作，共享市场见解与交易经验。
- 保持对金融法规的合规性，确保交易活动合法。
深圳或者香港坐班
1、有量化套利策略的开发、实盘交易和优化经验。
2、熟悉金融市场和交易规则，能够快速适应市场变化。
3、具备良好的风险管理能力，能够控制策略的回撤和波动。
4、需要熟练掌握至少一种编程语言（如Python、C++），用于策略开发和数据分析。
必备项：年化收益率12%+，CTA 2.2-2.6
