Description
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Optimize product listings for increased visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through effective order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with inventory management to maintain stock levels.
- Support website updates and performance enhancements.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in e-commerce or retail operations.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with digital marketing.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage online product listings, assist in order fulfillment, and analyze sales data.
