Are you a people-person with a passion for training and food service? We’re looking for a dedicated and hands-on Trainer to lead and level up staff performance across our growing branches of Kim’s Ramyun.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and lead engaging training programs based on our operational manual for new and current store staff
• Conduct on-site coaching in areas like food prep, customer service, and store operations
• Monitor progress and provide real-time feedback to improve skills
• Collaborate with branch leaders to identify staff training needs
• Ensure all team members meet brand, service, and hygiene standards
• Update training materials and run refresher courses
• Track staff development and create regular progress reports

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years experience in training (F&B, retail, or hospitality preferred)
• Confident leading group and one-on-one sessions
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in food safety, customer service, and team motivation
• Organized, flexible with work schedules
• Comfortable using MS Office (for presentations, reports, etc.)

Bonus Points:

• Degree or certification in Training, HR, or Hospitality
• TESDA Trainer’s Methodology Certificate
• Background in team-building workshops or franchise operations
