Description
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Manage travel documents and itineraries.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Stay updated on travel trends, packages, and promotions.
- Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
- Customize travel packages, assist clients with travel operations, and manage bookings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in travel consultancy or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, expertise in GDS systems, and experience with international ticketing.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent communication skills, and a passion for travel.
