- Primarily responsible in overseeing all treasury transactions to ensure timely delivery of services and availability of funds.
- Timely and accurately checks and uploads payroll
- Timely uploads Government Remittances
- Timely uploads Tax Payment
- Checks and uploads commission
- Checks RFP payment (Audit debit)6. Checks petty cash replenishment
- Checks daily deposit vs. deposit slip
- Checks unreleased cash advances
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Financial Accounting
EXPERIENCE
2 to 4 years of work experience in the same field
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of Accounting Principles
SKILLS
Computer Literate; Peach Tree Accounting Software; Excel Program
ABILITIES
- Ability to analyze information
- Ability to post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
