1. According to project requirements, including but not limited to characters, scenes, and rendering, the ability to innovate from multiple dimensions and apply it with high quality to the project;

2. Possess aesthetic and modeling abilities, capable of independently creating high-precision 3D models and textures for characters, scenes, and props based on concept art and reference materials;

3. Experience in modeling characters/scenes in various artistic styles (Western/realistic/classical) with strong manipulation skills;

4. Rich experience in hand-drawn and next-generation game art production, with preference given to those who have successfully developed large commercial projects;

5. Understanding of the production process for 2D and 3D games, with the ability to correctly interpret 3D art requirements;

1. Over 3 years of relevant experience in 3D game next-gen character/scenery modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering;
2. Preference for candidates with a degree in art-related fields and a strong foundation in art and modeling skills;
3. Proficient in using related software such as 3Dsmax (Maya), Vray (Arnold), Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Unity (CocosCreator);
4. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to accurately understand work requirements.
