GoGym is a tech-enabled pocket Gym which enables Filipinos to access health and wellness anywhere they go. At GoGym, we aim to provide affordable and accessible gyms to everyone, extending our reach on health and fitness into the online presence through our mobile app.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team and help us create exceptional user experiences across our digital products. As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for not only translating user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs but also establishing a design system that ensures consistency across all screens. Additionally, you will conduct user interviews and surveys to understand users & needs and pain points, and you will have the opportunity to interact with customers daily to gather valuable insights and feedback. Lastly, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user interfaces.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups across all our digital products to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Develop and maintain a design system that will be consistently applied across all screens and platforms.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing.
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand users' needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Engage with customers on a daily basis to gather insights and feedback on our products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify user pain points and design solutions to address them.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in design tools and collaboration tools such as Figma, Canva, Miro etc.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing your UI/UX skills.
• Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are desirable.
