Description
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups across all our digital products to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Develop and maintain a design system that will be consistently applied across all screens and platforms.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are intuitive and visually appealing.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis to understand users' needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Engage with customers on a daily basis to gather insights and feedback on our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify user pain points and design solutions to address them.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in design tools and collaboration tools such as Figma, Canva, Miro etc.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing your UI/UX skills.
- Relevant certifications in UI/UX design or related fields are desirable.
