Job Responsibilities:

1.     Support the marketing and business team in designing specific materials such as event posters.

Organize information architecture and interaction flows, and design high-quality user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.

2.     Use tools such as Figma to produce high-fidelity design drafts, and build and maintain a unified design language system.

3.     Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end engineers to ensure high-quality design implementation, continually focusing on experience fidelity and consistency.

4.     Continuously research Web3 design trends and interaction methods, and propose innovative design ideas based on business scenarios.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in design, interaction, human-computer interaction, product, or related fields preferred, with a minimum of an associate's degree.

2. Over 1 year of UI/UX design experience; those with experience in product strategy discussions or holding product-related responsibilities are preferred.

3. Proficient in Figma, with the ability to design systematic components and an understanding of design standards and responsive design principles.

4. Skilled in understanding business issues from the user's perspective and proposing solutions.

5. Practical understanding and experience with Web3 (such as wallets, DApps, DeFi, NFTs, etc.), with an understanding of on-chain operation processes.

6. Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration abilities, capable of driving design from prototype to final launch.

7. Attention to detail and aesthetics, with a focus on product consistency and user experience.

8. Quick learner with a strong sense of responsibility, willing to grow with the team.
