Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups that optimize user interaction.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI guidelines across platforms.
Optimize designs for both web and mobile applications with a focus on accessibility and performance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance user experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and usability testing methods.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment.
