1. Strong visual design capabilities (such as 3D design, motion design)

2. Graduate in a relevant art major, with over 3 years of work experience

3. Experience in executing complete projects

4. Possess a unique and high aesthetic sense, constantly keeping up with domestic and international design trend

5. Have high standards for one's own design and quality

6. Good communication skills, strong self-motivation, and ability to actively drive design implementation

7. Familiar with design specifications for iOS, Android, and web

8. Proficient in Figma component variants, Variables, and Auto Layout

9. Skilled in AE, C4D, or Blender

10. High understanding and application of design tokens
