Description
- Combination of data entry, research, and administrative support duties.
- Ensure all customers/clients receive the highest level of service by answering inquiries and resolving issues, primarily through email and Monday Boards.
- Respond to basic inquiries from Brokers, agents, and customers/clients concerning a policy status or billing error.
- Ensures that all relevant requests are promptly addressed and accurate information is effectively communicated to the client.
- Ensuring the accuracy of all updates made to client payment information, billing plans, effective date changes, and endorsement requests through both backend and frontend systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or College degree on IT or any related computer courses.
- Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Strong research and organizational skills
- Critical decision-making Skills
- Ability to complete redundant tasks
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial insurance (preferred)
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
