Job Description

  • Maintaining routine check up of general maintenance work
  • Addressing issues on electrical, plumbing, carpentry
  • Installing and assembling various fixtures including shelving, cabinets, toilets and ceiling fans.
  • Applying paint, wallpaper, and performing minor carpentry tasks like building shelves. 
  • Assessing and identifying maintenance problems and reporting issues with equipment and appliances.
